		<description>ive just sorted the problem out.i wasnt using enough buttons i was only doing the 4 0 1 and not realizing i had to press select as well.it now works fine.i am also using one of the t v link that you can get from most supermarkets which are a simple and superb bit of kit</description>

Worst-case scenario is that the Sky+ HD box includes extra copyright protection and forces everything to be viewed through a HDMI connection, whereas the best-case scenario is that the non-HD channels can still be viewed using the RF Out.  I hope that the latter is true.

If anyone has a Sky+ HD box, can you confirm this either way?  Many thanks.</description>
