MSN’s 20 things you must do in 2008
Jan 19th, 2008 by Los Havros
MSN is set as my homepage, and occasionally there’s some interesting stuff on there. Here’s an article I came across with 20 things you must do in 2008, but I’ll just highlight a choice selection of the 20 with my own views on them:
> Give up Facebook- Not likely to happen. Helps me keep in touch with friends and it’s fun.
> Visit Liverpool- Already done; I currently live in Liverpool- love the place.
> See the Olympic flame- “The flame comes to the UK on April 6, when it can be seen in London.” Yea… but I might just watch that on TV. Maybe I’ll go and see it for real in 2012?
> Watch Wimbledon- Of course, try and stop me!
> Go to a music festival- We’ll see what this year brings- I don’t know which one I fancy going to.
> Read books for adults- Already have done, will continue to do so. Erm, you telling me some people don’t?!
> Watch the film release of the year- The article refers to Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull. Of course I’ll be watching it.
> Follow the US election- I‘m sick of the wall-to-wall coverage already. AND I’m the one usually into politics!
> Have a leap year party- Woah, lost track and didn’t realise there was a leap year this year. Yup, will probably be going out somewhere.
> Get Freeview- Here’s a better one: get Sky. Seriously, it’s the best thing out there.
